For our project launch and Platinum Jubilee event on Sunday 5 June, Climate Action North and Natural History Society of Northumbria will be running a couple of walks each to explore the nature in our community. You can find out details and how to book on below. All events are free to attend. Please wear appropriate footwear for walking and clothing for the weather.
Climate Action, Earth Walks led by Phil Macari
Walks can be booked on via the below links or on the day. Each walk will last about an hour.
12.00pm: Earth Walk / Nature’s Explorers Session 1
13.30pm: Earth Walk / Nature’s Explorers Session 2
Natural History Society, Bee Walks led by Charlotte Rankin
Walks will take place at 12 noon and 2pm. You can book on either time via this link Bee walk booking
You can also book on the day. Each walk will last about 45 minutes
