This is the first blog post about our year long project Weaving for Wellbeing, working with artists Savannah Rios-Wills and Saya Naruse in collaboration with The Comfrey Project. The first workshop took place on the 17 October 2025 welcoming the participants to the project and introducing them to what they will be doing over the next year.
We kicked off our year-long project with an energizing first workshop at the Comfrey Project. It was a lovely day getting to know everyone and getting to know the space we’ll be working in for the next 12 months! Together we explored a multi-media art-making activity inspired by the Comfrey Project garden and allotment. It was such a cozy day filled with a home cooked lunch and a welcoming, warm atmosphere.
